Jennifer is a UK-based tri-lingual legal linguist who has worked for 14 years as a lawyer in Hong Kong and the UK, before combining her legal knowledge and language skills to become a legal translator and editor. She has over 15 years’ experience as a translator and editor, working between Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English, in a wide range of legal documents, legislation, case reports and pleadings. She has been a Chartered Linguist with the UK’s Chartered Institute of Linguists. Jennifer has been working with TransLegal on the China and Hong Kong dictionaries since 2019.
