Peter is a qualified lawyer with substantial translation and drafting experience. He has a Swedish jur.kand. law degree from Stockholm University and an LL.M. in Corporate, Banking and Finance Law from Fordham Law School in New York, NY. Peter is admitted to the New York State Bar. He is an authorised translator from English to Swedish.

Peter is an expert in drafting, localizing and translating commercial agreements, policies and other legal documents and has vast experience from both the American and Swedish legal systems. Peter also provides commercial legal advice to companies ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations.
