Andrea Alburjas is a Venezuelan lawyer, she obtained her law degree at one of the most prestigious universities in Venezuela, Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB). She has worked in Venezuela´s renowned law firm and in companies related to the energy and maritime sector.  She is currently founder partner in Caracas Legal Consulting, a Venezuela law firm, specialized in corporate, tax, state planning and regulatory law. Her practice is focused on corporate/commercial, energy and maritime matters.

She has a Master in Business Legal Advice from Universidad Carlos Tercero de Madrid (UC3M) and a specialization in Commercial Law in Venezuela. She is also member of Miranda Bar Association.

Andrea, has widely participated in due diligence reviews, drafting of a variety of corporate documentation and contracts. Her experience includes the drafting, negotiation and legal review of the key agreements and documentation necessary for the incorporation, business operations and liquidation of corporations.

As part of her practice in the energy area, she has participated in the drafting and legal review of the key project documentation for oil and gas projects in Venezuela.

Andrea also advises companies in a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and contractual issues.
